Two males involved in Thursday’s early-morning shooting and robbery in the city’s West Ward are still facing charges, according to Easton police.

Police were requesting anyone with information about the whereabouts of both suspects to call 911, and neither was in custody.

According to police, a 35-year-old was shot and wounded in the shooting that occurred in the 1000 block of Ferry Street at around 12:30 in the morning. He was supposed to live.

According to police, Naji Gillison, 29, and Oscar Delgado, 22, were charged in connection with the incident by the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office on Friday.

According to a news release from police Lt. Matthew Gerould, Gillison is being charged as the shooter with aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and recklessly endangering another person. Delgado faces charges of simple assault, robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Although Easton Police made an effort to find both people today, they think they have left the Easton region.

Police are still looking into the event, including if there were any other people involved.

Detectives encouraged anyone who could help to contact them at 610-250-6780.
