Tom’s River In an effort to shape the future of the town’s core business district, downtown Toms River, a proud member of the national Main Street America movement, is extending an invitation to locals, entrepreneurs, and tourists to submit their thoughts via a recently published community survey.
Participants in the quick online survey are asked to rate what they think is good, what is lacking, and what changes they would want to see in the downtown area. Long-term planning and revitalization initiatives will be guided in part by the input.
According to a statement from officials, this is an opportunity for everyone involved in Downtown Toms River to have a voice in its future. Even though it only takes a few minutes, the influence could help direct years of development and progress.
The program is a component of Toms River’s ongoing Main Street America strategy to boost the local economy, assist small businesses, and improve communal areas.
