A secret power has shaken up the “Big Brother” house.
The second Head of Household of season 27, Jimmy Heagerty, nominated Keanu Soto, Kelley Jorgensen, and Adrian Rocha for eviction during the Sunday, July 20, episode of “Big Brother.” But one player activated a power to throw a wrench in Jimmy’s plans.

Keanu used his “Mystery Competitor” power, which he won during the HoH competition, to bring in a former “Big Brother” winner to compete for the Power of Veto on his behalf. He still participated in the competition as well, doubling his chances of winning the Veto.
I can’t believe I’m typing this sentence in 2025, but “Big Brother 20” champion Kaycee Clark won the Power of Veto, thanks to Keanu’s power. That means that
Keanu is the Veto holder this week
.
Kelley also has a secret power up her sleeve: the chance to win a second Veto by taking part in a solo challenge. If Kelley is successful, Jimmy will have to name two replacement nominees.
Who is the replacement nominee?
As of this writing, the veto meeting hasn’t taken place yet. Jimmy has floated the idea of Amy Bingham and Will Williams as potential options for renomination. If Kelley wins her second Veto, he may nominate both of them.
Who is going home on ‘Big Brother’ this week?
With so much up in the air right now, things aren’t looking great for Adrian, who was supposed to be a pawn. He doesn’t have many strong connections in the house, and he voted with the minority during last week’s eviction.
However, the BB Blockbuster competition complicates things. Adrian could pull out a win come eviction night and save himself from the block.
When is ‘Big Brother’ on next?
The Power of Veto competition will play out during the next episode, which airs on CBS and Paramount+ on Wednesday, July 23, at 8 p.m. ET. The live BB Blockbuster competition and eviction airs on Thursday, July 24, at 8 p.m. ET.
