Between August 11 and August 17, prospective homebuyers contemplating the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Lehigh County real estate sales, all of which included residences under $500,000.
The top five properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.
Please take note that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of August 11.
1. $500K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths
The detached home at 5 Cherokee Street, which sold in August for $500,000 ($245 per square foot), provided another option below the desired price range. Located on a 12,367-square-foot lot, this 1964-built home has 2,038 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On August 1, the agreement was concluded.
2. $500K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home at 3330 Apache Court had a change of ownership in July. This 1,732-square-foot property was constructed in 1997 and sold for $500,000, or $289 per square foot. The lot is 0.7 acres in size. On July 29, the agreement was finalized.
3. $500K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
In July, the ownership of this single-family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms changed. The 1,384-square-foot house at 6901 Blue Church Road sold for $500,000, or $361 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1964 and is situated on a 1.8-acre lot. On July 31, the agreement was concluded.
4. $485K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths
The single-family home at 4125 Redbud Drive, which was constructed in 2003, sold in July for $485,000 ($218 per square foot). The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,229 square feet of living space. The lot size of the property is 12,001 square feet. On July 29, the agreement was finalized.
5. $475K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
Located at 4195 Angus Place, this single-family home was built in 1981 and sold in July for $475,000, or $241 per square foot. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,970 square feet of living space. The lot size of the property is 12,613 square feet. On July 30, the agreement was finalized.
