Ocean County College, Stockton Sign Transfer Agreements For Arts, Humanities Students

A number of new articulation agreements between TOMS RIVEROcean County College and Stockton University have been formed, giving OCC arts and humanities majors a quicker route to obtaining bachelor’s degrees at Stockton.

OCC students seeking associate degrees in subjects like music, history, fine arts, graphic arts, design & media, and philosophy & religion are covered by the agreements, which were revealed on June 18. Beginning with the Fall 2025 semester, students can transfer straight into Stockton’s matching bachelor’s programs under the new 2+2 routes.

According to Ocean County College President Pamela Monaco, these innovative new articulations will help students overcome obstacles and advance smoothly. Together, we are increasing access to higher education.

According to Stockton Provost Dr. Michael Palladino, the agreements help students pursuing degrees that prioritize critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness: Students can effectively and economically accomplish their educational objectives with the help of these 2+2 agreements.

The two New Jersey institutions’ ongoing dedication to academic cooperation and student success is reflected in the alliance.
